A barcode is an optical machine-readable representation of data, which shows data about the object to which it attaches. Originally, barcodes represented data by varying the widths and spacings of parallel lines, and may be referred to as linear or 1 dimensional (1D). Later they evolved into rectangles, dots, hexagons and other geometric patterns in 2 dimensions (2D). Although 2D systems use a variety of symbols, they are generally referred to as barcodes as well. Barcodes originally were scanned by special–optical scanners called barcode readers, scanners and interpretive software are available on devices including desktop printers and smartphones.

Can you differentiate which one is made in Taiwan or China ? Let me tell! u … the first 3 digits of barcode 690.691.692 is made in CHINA, If 1st three letters are '471', it is Made in Taiwan.. Do not ever buy it for your own health. With more and more milk products from China and Taiwan having problem, we  must  check where the things are produced. Here is a way to differentiate Taiwan made products and China made products : by looking at first three digits of its Bar Code.

This is a human right to know, but the government and related department never educate the public, therefore we have to rescue ourselves. Remember following are the various countries barcodes.
